Victorian Primary Producer Flood Recovery Concessional Loans
Who: Eligible primary producers in flood affected Victorian areas.
Purpose: To help directly affected primary producers with loans of up to $250,000 to restore or replace damaged assets and met general expenses incurred while the clean-up is underway.

The concessional loan is a commercial loan agreement offered at a discounted rate. Applicants must demonstrate the capacity to repay debt based on historical cash flow and provide adequate land security. For further guideline information, click here.

Victorian Primary Producer Flood Transport Support Program
Who: Eligible primary producers in flood affected Victorian areas.
Purpose: To help directly affected primary producers with the costs associated with the transport of emergency fodder, stock drinking water, relocation of stock to agistment, sale or slaughter of stock.
Amount: 50% of costs, up to $15,000

Purpose: To help directly affected primary producers to clean up, re-establish properties and get businesses up and running again

On-Farm Emergency Water Infrastructure Rebate Scheme - Round 2
Location: Millewa region (including: Carwarp, Culleraine, Lindsay Point, Meringur, Merrinee, Neds Corner, Wargan and Werrimull)
Who: Eligible Farm Businesses located in the Millewa region (including: Carwarp, Culleraine, Lindsay Point, Meringur, Merrinee, Neds Corner, Wargan and Werrimull)
Purpose: Investment in on-farm water infrastructure that addresses needs of grazing livestock, or assists in maintaining existing permanent horticultural plantings.
Amount: 25% rebate (up to $25,000 GST exclusive)
Closes: 6 May 2022, or until funds are fully allocated
Rebates cover both reimbursement of eligible infrastructure and/or activities purchased after 1 July 2018 (grazing livestock) or 1 July 2019 (permanent horticultural plantings) or in-principle approval to undertake new activities.
